Adi & Elad Goldman founded Xcon with a unique approach inspired by their passion for extreme sports.

They recognized that the same values that drive success in extreme sports - such as teamwork, perseverance, and a willingness to take calculated risks - are also essential for success in business.
With this in mind, they set out to create a company that would embody these values and provide exceptional service to clients.
Today, Xcon is known for its' innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, and continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of SAP consulting.
Elad Goldman
As the CEO of Xcon, Elad Goldman brings almost two decades of experience as an SAP programs and projects management expert.
He is a specialist in SAP methodologies and has a wealth of knowledge in providing businesses with expert guidance on SAP implementation and optimization.
Elad has a long history of successful SAP projects for his clients. Under his leadership, Xcon has become a reliable partner for businesses seeking to streamline their SAP operations.
Elad is also a skydiver, snowboarder, rock climber, downhill mountain biker, kite & wave surfer.
Adi Tidhar Goldman
Adi is the COO & HR manager of Xcon.
After 15 years of experience in the Israeli educational system, as a change management leader for many schools, she decided to take her extraordinary skills and use it in the tech companies management world.
Adi is leading Xcon operations and managing the "behind the scenes". She is also the HR leader and responsible for all Xcon employees "from hire to retire".
Adi is also a snowboarder, rock climber, surfer & body flyer.
